Overview
ODCTE's IT infrastructure is based on a variety of network technologies. Novell file and print services are made available through ethernet, token ring, and wireless networks. Virtual private network services provide staff with secure remote access to network resources, and Novell Groupwise provides calendaring and email to ODCTE staff. SDCS Network Services is the foundation of the CareerTech Learning Network and the backbone of agency applications. SDCS is continuing its migration plan to phase out the token ring network and replace it with wired and wireless ethernet.News
