In today’s business environment, with all of its challenges, we need employees who can be productive in a team environment, have good communication skills, can bring critical thinking and problem solving to the job and who have an entrepreneurial spirit. To help you with these and other organization development issues, Oklahoma’s technology centers can deliver! We have tools and resources to address:

  • Organizational needs assessments and design
  • Team skills training
  • Supervisory training
  • Human resource management
  • Performance management
  • Knowledge management
  • Change management
  • Organizational culture issues
  • Employee retention
  • Leadership development
  • Pre-employment assessments
  • Strategic planning
We keep up with the latest approaches and strategies by framing partnerships with world-class organizations such as Development Dimensions, Int’l (DDI), Personnel Decisions Int’l (PDI), AchieveGlobal (AG), SHL and others. In addition, we utilize the DISC, Denison Organizational Culture Survey, Job Profiling, Valpar assessment, American Management Association, and Franklin Covey.
