The Adult and Career Development Division provides leadership and resources that increase access to quality training programs and lifelong learning opportunities. We secure Oklahoma's economic future by assisting technology centers in serving as a premiere source for adult, career, and workforce development. We also coordinate the Management and Organizational Development Group program which provides organization development and consulting services that help organizations achieve their business goals. Our programs secure futures by helping individuals develop the skills they need to succeed in today's workplace.

We support technology center educators by providing:
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Technical resources
  • Initial identification of new and emerging markets
  • Implementation support
  • Partnership opportunities
  • Nationally recognized training programs
  • Statewide coordination and collaboration opportunities

Career development, continuing education, certification, and personal enrichment classes are all available through Adult and Career Development programs!
